“Had a great purchasing experience with Beck Evans despite the difficulties associated with COVID and making a remote purchase. The car was accurately described, communication with the company and Karl who managed the purchase was timely and excellent and the transaction completed without a hitch. Car was delivered exactly as I was expecting. All in all top marks!”

“Excellent on line experience from start to finish, Karl was most helpful! My first experience of buying a car without physically seeing it, all ran smoothly with plenty of videos and agreed works which were carried out to my satisfaction. “Was very pleased with the service i received off Matt. He was attentive and patient with all my questions, and considering I was dealing remotely, never felt pressured at anytime during the transaction. It was only one week from enquiring to having my Merc C300 delivered. Really professional and competitively priced made the whole experience straight forward. Thanks again Matt!”

“GOT MY FPACE USED JAG SUPPLIED AND DELIVERED BY BECK EVANS 11 OUT OF 10 IN ALL DEPARTMENTS , THE PRICE WAS GREAT , FINANCE UNDER BUDGET , THE SPEC EVAN THE MAIN DEALER COULDN,T SUPPLY ME I THOUGHT I WAS A HARD TO PLEASE DEMANDING CUSTOMER BUT APART FROM GETTING UP THIS MORNING I CANT THINK OF ANYTHING IVE DONE RECENTLY THAT WAS EASIER I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF CARS IN MY TIME MOSTLY FROM MAIN DEALERSHIPS [ MERCEDES , BMW, JAGUAR INCLUDED ] BUT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE A SPECIAL THANKS TO MATT COUPER WHO IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL AND MY WIFE AND MYSELF WILL NOT NOW BE GOING ANY WHERE BUT BECK EVANS IN THE FUTURE MANY MANY THANKS CHRIS AND GILL HONITON DEVON”

“To whom it may concern, Dear Sir/Madam, This letter is written to express my extreme satisfaction that I have had in relation to purchasing several vehicles from Beck Evans. The gentleman who is responsible for sales, Mr. Mattew Cooper, is singlehandedly responsible for the degree of satisfaction that I feel. Mr. Cooper is very customer driven and clearly understands and appreciates what it means to produce a high quality customer experience. In addition, he is someone whom you can trust and rely upon. I say these things on the basis of the fact that I am from Trinidad, in the Caribbean, and I made all the purchases from Trinidad without ever meeting Mr. Cooper in person. I personally do not know Beck Evans, per se ,but through Mr. Cooper, I am now coming to know them better, and what I now know, so far, is quite pleasing. Thank you for doing such a pleasing job and keep up the extremely high quality service that you have been providing. These two vehicles were purchased through Mr. Cooper from Beck Evans. “Just received my New Jaguar F Type from www.beckevans.co.uk I bought on line from videos and photos due to lockdown. Very anxious on delivery. Had I done the right thing? What if the car didn't look like the video? Did it drive well? Ect. I must say I didn't need to worry it matches my expectations. Thank you Matt”
