“Our company required a commercial vehicle for light use and we decided to purchase a VW Amarok, we searched for a dealer locally and there wasn't much choice, however Beck Evans had a few in stock, we called them to arrange a viewing and they got both of the trucks ready for viewing. We purchased on the day and the vehicle was delivered 3 days later. All in all a great service, they responded to our requests quickly, gave us a fair price and dealt with everything efficiently. “Purchased a lovely BMW X3. The salesman Andrew was friendly, polite and very professional. When viewing the car I noticed a couple of slight cosmetic problems that were resolved without question. “Bought the car-it stank of diesel after the journey home-took it to my local garage and the fuel pipe was found to have a hole in from where someone had obviously had trouble replacing the hose after changing the fuel filter. It was a £30 job I e mailed Beck Evans a scan of the bill expecting them to either refund the £30 or at least say something-I got no reply.UPDATE 4.45pm Tim phoned from Beck Evans and apologised profusely and explained that there had been an oversight and that there was a cheque for £30 to cover the repair in the post. Very satisfied and pleased with the service.”
