“Very pleased with the service overall. Simon was very good, explained things and wasn't pushy. Car was exactly as we expected to see from the description on Autotrader. Some confusion around methods of payment due to unclear wording on the website which has now been fixed. Stephen Henderson”

“1. First telephone contact was very good. 2. Initial valuation of Trade in value for my vehicle was fair. 3. Clear dialogue between all parties at all times. 4. All staff courteous throughout. 5.
