“Firstly the website didn’t work properly, so had to call your company. A lovely lady helped me as she could see the problems on the website. However as I was going through the details with her, not once did I see or was it mentioned it was a flat pack! I wouldn’t have proceeded with the purchase. The delivery company you used were rude to my daughter. I called your company to ask for help absolutely no help at all. Frankly I’m extremely disappointed in your aftersales technique and the lively lady who helped with the purchased I feel should have pointed out it was flat packed! Now left without a bed due to Covid knowone to make the bed up! It should be in large print FLAT PACKED!”

“Second time now I've ordered a bed, waited for a month only to call for an update and be told it is out of stock. Refund processed and customer service OK but the bed is still on the website as delivery within 14-28 days which is clearly misleading.”

“Good service from the start. Bed delivered within time stated. Due to us moving we didn’t unpackaged the bed. Several weeks later we moved into our nee home and when we unpacked the bed we found the headboard damaged in two places. I knew the policy states faulty goods to be returned within 14 days but rang customer services just incase. Gillian was so helpful and explained the policy but said she would see what she could do. The following day I received an email to say they would replace the headboard and the delivery couriers would be with me within 2 days to collect the old one and drop the new one off at no charge. Delivery couriers even delivered on a Sunday and provided a hassle free swap.”

“Fantastic Sleepeezee mattress, so comfy and looks great in the bedroom. The delivery drivers were lovely and put the mattress where we needed it. We ordered late Thursday night and arrived on Saturday afternoon, so quick and efficient.”

“For the love of god, do not use this Company. Delayed delivery due to no stock despite them saying it was, multiple changes to delivery times, still arrived late on day of delivery, missing parts when unpackaged. Unsympathetic sales advisors and no form of compensation for all of the issues. How on earth they function as a business is beyond me. Please do not use them, there are better places to spend your hard earned money, where service is a priority.”

“great bed and fast delivery but there was an issue over some slight damage to the head board. After some 2 weeks with no response i have given up trying to contact Kathryn from customer services, so make your own mind up about any issues you may have with any orders, as they do not respond!”

“Sadly , I did not have a good experience using this company. Firstly my bed was delivered with the wrong parts and I had to go through several hoops to get a new part delivered. Since I’ve discovered after sleeping on the mattress it is absolutely low-grade quality. Big mistake using this company will stick to John Lewis in future!”

“Spoke to Bedstar on Monday regarding a new bed base was helped by Christina, who went through a few suggestions. Rang back on Tuesday to make the order, delivery on Thursday, was rang on Wednesday to say they could deliver early, but was at work. Arrived on Thursday, carried the bed up 2 flights of stairs, very grateful for that. The bed is great , looks great too. Thank you for a great experience which was easy, courteous, value for money and I will return .”
