“I was impressed how I was kept informed of the delivery from the time I placed my order. I had numerous text messages and was updated up to when my appliance was delivered. I would thoroughly recommend bedstar to everyone”

“First time we have bought an bedstar and this experience could not be better. Strange how an on line purchase could appear more personal than visiting a shop; this was and the best bit was the delivery and in particular the guys who delivered; Tip Top Blokes”

“Bedstar sent text messages almost every day to keep my updated, which is very reassuring. I got a text message and recorded land line call at 7.30am on the delivery day (a bit early for a Sunday but hey-ho) to inform me of my delivery slot.”

“Very good service, good price, i ordered my mattressr late on the Wednesday and it arrived at 8.20 on the Friday morning with the free delivery. Friendly delivery men. Would definatly use bedstar again”

“what is there to say except fantastic from the process of ordering to the delivery i was kept totally informed by phone on the progress of my order and was contacted on the day of expected delivery time and when the driver was in the area he phoned again to let me know he was on his way.”
