“From ordering to delivery, I was kept informed of progress. The item was exactly as described and while the price may not have been the cheapest, but the service was exceptional.”

“On line ordering very easy. Acknowledgement of order and delivery info very good. Delivery and installation by two self employed guys who arrived by 8.00am from Bristol (70 miles) very good”

“Plenty of details on the website which made it easy to research and compare different models. The price was competitive and the emails and texts kept me informed of progress. On the day of delivery a text in the morning narrowed delivery to a 4 hour window”

“The online information about products was detailed and useful, helping me to make my decision quicker. I liked that you could see reviews of the products easily . Ordering was easy and bedstar kept me updated regularly about my delivery which was reassuring - it was a quick turnaround from order to delivery. My delivery turned out to be the first of the day, so I was very happy to be able to get my bed settled in first thing”

“Excellent service I ordered a mattress on saturday it arrived monday I didn't like the feel so they took it away and delivered another one on tuesday. They also disposed of my old bed for me. The staff are very understanding patient and extremely helpfull. Will definately use website again. The prices are also very good”
