“On line ordering very easy. Acknowledgement of order and delivery info very good. Delivery by two self employed guys who arrived by 8.00am from Bristol (70 miles) very good.. Nothimg but praise for the whole process”

“Delivery arrived at 7 am. The delivery men were helpful and pleasant. They sort out the route they would take to make sure of the safety of themselves, others and the large item being delivered They took great care and attention . My bed was in place within minutes.”

“Dont ever write reviews but feel this company deserves 5 minutes of my time. Ordered goods at approx 2pm both items received approx 8am NEXT DAY. We will use this company again (next time ti need a mattress!!!)”

“from the moment we ordered our mattress, the service was excellent. emails, phone calls letting us know when our delivery would be with us. The driver who was delivering rang to check everything was ready for him to deliver. Then morning of delviery text, phone call and email to tell us our 4 hour slot. Ours was 7am to 11am and they arrived at 8.30am”

“I do not normally buy online, but it was not as difficult as I thought it might be. I nearly went to a shop but a friend recommended Much easier and much more to look at before I decided on my purchase. I await to take delivery and hope all goes as well as the purchase. Many thanks for your help”

“Brilliant, I would safely recommend bedstar to anyone, website very easy to use, the mattress was a lot cheaper than anywhere else online too. I chose my delivery date, this was then confirmed by text message the day before delivery with a 4 hour time slot they would deliver it, I also got a call from them too to confirm this.”
