“Couldn't of asked for anything more, ordered Tuesday, delivered Wednesday, two hour time slot text to my on the Tuesday evening, the delivery guys were amazing, took the bed upstairs and everything, not only that they were very polite, even offerd to put covers on their shoes in the house. I'm in my new bed right now and it's so comfy. A* service, thank you so much Bed Star..... very happy customer”

“I've been using bedstarfor several years now - almost since they started in fact. As a private landlord we use them for any replacement beds in the homes we manage as well as for our own home. The range of product is excellent, prices are always competitive and the free delivery, often next day and to any address is great. So far they have never let us down on delivery, sending a timeslot text on the specified day so that waiting in is minimised. Overall I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“This company did everything they said they would - contact to advise approx. delivery period, phoned agian when they were 10 minutes away. They were the only company who actually gave an indication of a delivery date before I placed an order and they stuck to it.”

“I have purchased quite a few mattresses from bedstar and have recommended them to all my family and friends who have gone on to purchase from them too. Their service is second to none and their prices are always excellent value and all well known brands too. I have used the bedstar site many times and the ease and simplicity is very good, I would recommend to anyone who's looking for bedroom goods, you won't be disappointed.”

“I purchased a double bed from this company 20/04/2017, this is the second time I have used them. After I placed the order the communication and information from the people in the office down to the delivery men were all first class. I have never had such excellent customer service and would recommend this company to anyone.”

“I ordered a bed & mattress (for around £1200), then i saw the bad reviews and was abit worried but it was too late so i just hoped for the best! I scheduled my delivery for 1 month away as i was in the middle of decorating.. a week before the delivery I realised the room wouldnt be finished in time so i emailed them, they replied the same day and rescheduled my delivery for another 2 weeks later.. which was confirmed by text. THEN i found out i was pregnant so everything was on hold again, i emailed them on the Friday when my delivery was for the following Monday, asking if i could postpone it one last time, they replied and did this for me! Finally my room was complete and the bed came yesterday, two guys carried it upstairs for me. The mattress was coming separately from the supplier, but i didn't know what time so i rang bedstar (i didnt want to go out & miss it), the lady rang the supplier for me then rang me straight back to say the drivers in the area now :) honestly couldnt ask for better service. The bed is crushed velvet and is perfect, SO well made, mattress is so comfortable too!!”

“Absolutely outstanding service!! Ordered a kingsize bed Wednesday evening and delivered Friday morning. Bed is fantastic although quite complicated to put together. Quality is great. The delivery was easy and we were informed of the logistics every step of the way. Fabulous and will definitely use again.”

“Ordered from Bedstar for the first time. A mattressordered Friday evening and was delighted to have next day delivery. The order was easy to track an we got a phone call ten minutes before delivery. The guys who delivered were friendly and nothing was a problem. We had the mattress unwrapped and fitted by 9.30 am Saturday. Absolutely faultless service from stArt to finish”

“Email at 0930, then a Phone call 0700 to say they are nearby, delivered and assembled at 11.15 very happy!!. Seriously I am impressed with the speed of delivery and attitude of the two gentlemen who delivered the new bed frame”

“After our old mattress finally gave in so we quickly searched the internet to order a new one as quickly as possible, after a very well know company's website sent us around in circles we decided to look elsewhere. To be honest I had never heard of bedstar, I have to say after now using them I won't buy from any where else as their service was first class. We ordered the new mattress at 11:00 on the Monday morning and it was delivered at 09:00 on Tuesday morning, the communication from them throughout was exceptional with an initial email advising of an estimated delivery time received within in minutes of the checkout and two phone calls on the morning of the delivery to further advise of times.”

“was unsure about ordering a large item online but went for it and wasn't disappointed. I was notified every step of the way right down to the precise time that the item would be delivered. My delivery day was a Saturday but a guy rang me on the Thursday evening to discuss more precise details of the delivery.”
