“ordered a bed on friday evening and it had it delivered monday. could not have been happier with the service. i got a text message on Sunday with a time slot then a call on monday from the delivery person saying he was 30 minutes away. the bed was carried up 2 flights of stairs and left in my bedroom the delivery people were really nice. love my new mattress!!”

“After being messed around by another furniture company for almost a month I decided to go for a refund and buy from somewhere else and am very pleased with the service and quality of my order. It stated that my order was to be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks and got delivered in 1 week and a half :) very pleased. .”

“I ordered a mattress from Bedstar that I had seen in my local bed store. It was the first and only Online company I tried. The ordering process was so easy - thanks to Simone!! She is a credit to the company. A very friendly and helpful sales lady. I was able to get exactly the one I wanted thanks to her assistance. She even contacted the supplier to confirm I was getting the mattress I requested emailing me back immediately! I m pleased to say I even got it cheaper including a free delivery service!! Pantha the delivery company were excellent too. I was sent regular texts to confirm a time slot between 2 hours on a day of my choice again Simone arranged a day suitable!! I will definitely be ordering my next mattress in the near future.”

“The bed was delivered when promised. The delivery men were very helpful and made sure it was properly assembled before they left. My old bed was disposed of and the new bed is extremely comfortable. Altogether a successful transaction.”
