“We are very satisfied with this bed frame. It’s a discrete design and now our second bedroom has more space. The varnish looks great. Overall it looks great quality. The bed parts arrived with protective wrap and this was not at all excessive. We got great advice to put felt at the bottom of the frame legs and we easily did this before putting it together. Now I can move the bed around on floorboards easily.”

“The Sales lady was not very friendly or enthusiastic. We felt she didnt care if we purchased a bed or not. She did not make suggestions or show us other beds or bases. The delivery driver was a bit impatient.”

“My bed frame arrived in perfect condition well before the time frame I was given when I ordered it. It was well packed and the delivery man helped unpack it for assembling. It was easy to assemble following the numbered pieces. Customer service was also excellent as I changed my mind about the bed clearance and there was no fuss. The amendment was made and I was emailed the change. I cannot fault BedWorks and highly recommend the company.”

“Started off well. When confirming the order with the saleswoman, I asked for old mattresses to be removed. I paid an additional fee, on top of the delivery fee to have removed. 5 days later (not the next day as advised) the extremely rude delivery staff with attitude and intimidation, did not unpack and remove packaging. I made contact with the original saleswoman and felt I was speaking with a different person. A full refund was requested and given. Goods returned to the warehouse. Storeman was very polite and helpfull”
