Overall my set is good. The corners are not finished reasonably, we hit our knees many times at the very beginning.

Great service fast delivery but I wish the delivery people removed the packaging from the mattress - I am by myself so that was difficult

Helpful in showroom. Price reasonable. Delivery on time. One negative - it wasn't packaged as agreed at point of sale to protect it while in storage for four months.

Hi John Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that our in-store assistant, product prices and the delivery service were enormously helpful for your purchase. Our custom-made product is delivered to our warehouse fully packaged, and Bedworks always removed the package to personally check an see if the product are intact and in good shape. After that, we will deliver the product with a wrapped blanket to the customer address. That's why the bed frame you saw has no package but rest assured, your product is well-protected. Don’t pay for the rubbish / packaging removal There is none. Otherwise it’s a Well made, lovely bed and the delivery guy is very helpful.

Fast service but the convoluted 5 step process of having to prove purchase by call or email is a bit tedious.

There were some mistakes with my order, which meant I ended up wasting a couple hours driving out to the Greenacre warehouse and back empty handed, but all of the staff were incredibly apologetic and offered me free delivery to make up for it. As annoying as it was for the order to be wrong, the staff and customer service were amazing
