“Service: It was pretty cool. The manager, Gisele, was very knowledgeable. She may come across as brash and strong but its for your own good. She said, and I quote, “I cant sell you a bed that i know will hurt you. I also dont want you to get a frame that will break easily”. I find that honestly endearing and I appreciate that. The process from start to finish was quick, smooth and easy. Product Quality Amazing! The mattress and base was well packaged when it arrived. To be honest we had a hard time unpacking as the packaging was very thorough. When we finished the unboxing, the products were clean and pristine. The mattress is absolutely a dream to sleep in. Ive gotten tons of compliments about how pretty my Alfie Bedframe is!! Delivery Prompt. Polite. Quick! Kudos to sandy and team. I recommend bedworks anytime!”

“Ordered after 4:00pm and delivered the next day at 11:00am - amazing. Quality of the bed base is very good. I haven't slept on it as it's in a guest room. Only concern is it only came with 6 legs but there are 9 holes in the base. No instructions as to where the legs should be - as in 3 across the top and bottom or 3 down each side?”
