“Beer was great and the delivery service was good. Only grumble was that the order was wrong, and I let beerhawk know on Twitter but did not get a reply from them. The beer was good anyhow so did not peruse further.”

“The two gentlemen who received these beers were extremely happy, one even commenting it was the second best present he had ever received, after his children! Excellent service, Excellent beer, all I can say is "Go on make someone smile" :0) I did! “I think this is a nice idea, but it's not very well executed. My dad had a lot of substitutions in his which resulted in about half of the beers not being very nice. One was a cherry beer and one was a chocolate beer. He gave them both a go but said they were disgusting. I think if they're gong to be sold as craft beers, they should be ales, not fruity lagers etc. So I'm a bit disappointed.”

“Brilliant really exited about the beer delievery and great correspondence throughout. All arrived on time but glasses were smashed in the box (gutted) no beers broke though (most importantly). This was rectified within a few days , can't ask for more. Can definitely recommend this site and will be using them again.”

“I had an issue with a delivery going missing. The courier Beerhawk used provided a POD to an incorrect address & the package went missing. To Beerhawk's credit they offered to refund or replace & I eventually received the beer, no thanks to the courier, at the second attempt. I can't fault their customer service or their beer & I will use them again.”

“Ordered two mixed cases of 15 bottles each as gifts, one American 'craft' beers and the other English ales. Both were very well received and both were good value for money. The only reason for not awarding 10/10 and Very Good is that the American beers was advertised as 15 bottles but what arrived was 14 bottles and one can.”
