“I opted to have this delivery on a Saturday and paI'd the extra cost. However the courier seemed to completely ignore this and did not even attempt delivery on the set day. UK mail offered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Beer hawks service on the other hand was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. I think you should rethink the courier you're using but I am very grateful your team was so nice and helpful!”

“I ordered the case of German beers plus some additional separate beers and a glass and all arrived quickly and well packaged, so I'm told as it was a gift. The person who received the gift was really pleased with the gift and said there was a good selection of beers.”

“I have alw2ays been very happy with the range, choice and service from Beer Hawk. Each pack throws up new beers to try, almost all of which I have really enjoyed! I am a particular fan of Belgian beers and find a really good range in the trappist and belgian selections.”

“I ordered the Mixed Case of Wheat Beers and so far I am really happy with the range of beers in the case. All of the beers are top quality and I believe they are good value for money , only one of the bottles I have tried up til now has not been to my taste as it was more of a bitter than a lager but that is just in my taste. The delivery was a couple of days longer than stated but there was a bank holiday in the middle of it. Over all I am very happy with my purchase and will certainly use Beer Hawk again and again.”

“Tasted 6 beers from 4 different brewers so far and already spotted a common denominator. All these beers were actually pretty "hoppy", as in all having a midly unpleasant bitter aftertaste. Apart from this, not bad beers, but had better. In terms of value for money, also not he best: had a £20 voucher, still ended up paying £23 with delivery (which was delayed by a day then delayed on the second day as well) for 12 33cl bottles and 3 cans. If I had paid £43 for these, would not have been very happy. At nearly £3 each, it's not worth it in my opinion. Especally when you can pick up some decent ales in most supermarkets for around £2 a bottle.”
