“Having used Beer Hawk extensively in the past, I was always impressed with the timeliness of the service and the available beers. However recently I placed an order, and upon receipt only received half the order. I was extremely discouraged upon contacting Beer Hawk when they told me according to their courier records the parcels were delivered successfully. Beer Hawk has a habit of leaving packages in non secure places such as in porches, and I don't know if the parcel even made it to our place, but I have no intention of using the service again until it improves it's customer services.”

“I don't dislike Beer Hawk, its just that other online beer companies have a wider range and quicker delivery, so generally I order from them nowadays instead. Purchased this time as got a voucher for Christmas.”

“A great selection of beers from all over the world in every style imaginable. The reviews/feedback/ratings from other users helped to fine tune the order and the free shipping for £50 orders is great too. I'm use add that It's pretty tough to have the self discipline to test 1 fine beer at a time and not smash through half the box in a session! :) The delivery came through faster than I was expecting with no problems and the beer pouring guide was a nice additional educational touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend beer hawk to my friends and family.”

“Found this website when looking for a craft beer I drank in a pub. It's one of the best internet finds I've made! The selection of beers is fantastic, the customer service is great and the website is well designed and bug free. Their beer token scheme is awesome and the no quibble refund guarantee means you will never be disappointing. Cannot recommend Beer Hawk enough. If you are interested in drinking quality beer, then look no further!”

“The ordering process and speed of delivery were brilliant. Just a shame that the courier decided to deliver to a neighbour but did not leave a card to tell me which one. Despite calling the customer service line at Beerhawk and being told someone would call me back I never did get a call. Had to wait an extra two days before I found the house it had been delivered to and catch the neighbour at the same time I was at home to pick up my eagerly awaited box of Brewdog beer”
