“The product and selection are great, but the delivery service was disappointing. I ordered my case with plenty of time to arrive on Saturday, and paid the £13.99 delivery charge. However, it didn't arrive till the following Monday due to a "delay". I alerted the customer service team and was offered £7 or beer tokens. I would have appreciated the full delivery charge being refunded personally, but maybe I'm being pedantic.”

“The beer is Yabba dabba doo, what a great selection. Pity I'm emigrating, otherwise I'd be a definite repeat customer. Remember that song about the cake and the rain? Beer is my cake, and emigrating is the rain (no Beer Hawk and falling exchange rate). My order arrived in good condition and promptly, well done.”

Hi Daniel, The beers had been sent out with the courier,when you requested the address change and this is what the delay was for the order reaching you. thanks Louise

“I love good quality beer/ale and was excited when I received a gift voucher for fathers dad from my wife. After visiting the website and browsing for a while, one thing was very clear. The supermarkets stock most of what is listed on the website, but much cheaper. I also found the website misleading AND annoying that I could not filter by bottle volume. The beer I purchased was great, but cost me about £2.75 for 330cl bottles. I can buy the same quality from the supermarket, which has a full isle with hundreds of brands, for £1.25 per 500cl bottles. I felt massively disappointed and ripped off. My naked wines membership offer so much better value than this beer hawk one. Will definitely not be coming back unless they do something about the website filtering and prices.”

“Surprise present of Belgian beers for my husband. Unfortunately the packaging was damaged and a bottle was broken in the process, I got in touch with Beer Hawk and we settled the problem amicably and very quickly. Husband was suitably surprised and is happily enjoying all the various beers, will definitely get more.”

“Bought a present for father's day and it arrived within a couple of days of purchasing. It was boxed up nicely and was in perfect condition when I opened it. Hopefully it went down well with my dad. Would happily recommend to anyone.”
