“I have still not recieved my order! it is not so much that the company itself is poor its the delivery company they use. The customer service is very prompt at replying and seem very helpful but they havent managed to organise their delivery company to deliver my order yet so can not rate the product!”

“Beer Hawk always have a good selection of products, but listen to the customer. In this case I did NOT want next day delivery and marked it for "not before 9th Nov". It arrived 9th Nov. Great service”

“Ordered a case of German beer for my partners birthday. He absolutely loves trying different beers especially from Germany! Very good value for money and all came in individual compartments in one big box which is perfect for me to wrap up and give to him as it is without me having to wrap individual bottles!! Have never used this site before but I would definitely use it again and highly recommend it to others. Very quick delivery as well which I was pleased with!”

“Very good service ,had to order by phone as the website was having a tantrum.Staff were very helpful.It was a Thursday afternoon and I needed the order by Saturday ,no problem , order turned up on Saturday morning as promised.”

“Great website; very informative with a good selection of beers and beer glasses. Delivery was quick and well packaged. My only annoyance is that I was automatically signed up to the mailing list and could find no option to unsubscribe on the e-mail or the website, hopefully this will be fixed soon.”
