“Very good service, it was a gift and the recipient was very happy. However - do not put the recipient's mobile number in if you want the delivery to be a surprise as they will get a text saying 'your delivery from Beerhawk will be arriving at X time'!”

“I have been very disappointed re the delivery of my order (it was a birthday present for my brother). I was informed a week after I ordered it that the beer had not been delivered because it had been damaged in transit. I know these things can happen, but when they do I would have thought that the team would then make an extra special effort to expedite delivery and keep the customer informed. Instead I have had to chase up via customer services to find out when we could expect delivery (Charlotte was very helpful). Delivery will now be a week later than expected (thus having missed the birthday). Poor show Beer Hawk. I can't comment on the Beer because not yet had opportunity to drink it!”

“Great choice of beers, Excellent service. Ordered on the Friday, arrived on the Monday, and they even specifiyed a time frame for delivery. And guess what? They turned up exactly on time.! Couldn't recommend it higher. Will definitely use them again.”

“An eclectic mix of beers from around the world. The vast majority I'd never tried before and those that I had tried I was more than happy to drink again such as Fullers 1845. There was even an Oktoberfest beer. Overall a great way to experience new beers.”

“I bought the "Little Beery Mixed Case" as a birthday present for a mate. He seemed very happy with the selection, they arrived promptly and I was kept up to date with delivery progress. Excellent, hassle-free service, and when I needed to email with a query the office manager replied personally the next morning. Impressed!”

“Loved the idea of a selection but was disappointed by the strength of a lot of the beers in that I prefer them to be below 5% and the majority were 6-6.5. This may be due to a my misunderstanding of what I was ordering.”
