“The order was promptly dispatched and the communications were initially good but the delivery service was poor. We waited in for the delivery slot but the delivery never came, It was difficult to contact the delivery service, UK Mail, but when we eventually managed to speak to someone after multiple attempts and several days, we were told the delivery man could not find us. This was the first time in 5 years that this had been a problem and I suspect the delivery man didn't look too hard as we are very easy to find. A shame that the delivery service let the whole process down.”

“Just nowhere near the level of service promised. Took 2x1/2 days off work to get half an order. I am sorry but UK Mail is your provider and down to you to manage-not me,the customer. ????”

“Box crumpled and damaged. Beers all fallen to bottom of box. Expected a sturdier product for £75. However, none broken. Just a shame that the advent calendar is now just a damaged pile of cardboard.”
