“Product OK but delivery and customer service appalling. Paid for next day delivery of 2 cases as presents - took over a week, and 2 separate deliveries.”

“I ordered the beer advent calendar for my craft beer enthusiast boyfriend. First of all, it is huge - much larger than expected. Secondly, had a little hiccup with the shipping but the Beer Hawk customer service team was superb and quick in addressing and rectifying. Thank you to Fiona and Ashley for their great support, and to Beer Hawk for such a great item! Would definitely purchase from again and do recommend to anyone.”

“No issues with the order process itself. The courier that delivered my order left it outside my property so was luckily not picked up by a passer-by! Also no card was put through the door to say they had tried to deliver it or where it was.”

“This is the second time I've ordered from Beerhawk - the first time, after they'd accepted the order they subsequently realised they'd run out of stock so received a refund. It took a while for the items to return to stock but finally they came in and I re-ordered. First batch were broken somewhere between Beerhawk and the courier and so they returned the delivery and re-sent without fuss, keeping me informed. The re-sent batch still arrived within their 5-day delivery window, so no complaints really. So they seem a bit shambolic but can't fault their customer service.”

“Delivery was a bit of a farce. Only box 2 of 2 was initially delivered. Spoke to two people in customer services, and given different explanations. The second one was right: the first box just turned up a day later. All fine, just poor communication around the delivery.”

“Poor service and unreliable delivery . After contacting this company twice regarding the delivery of the goods ordered as it was a Christmas gift and being reassured that the order was on hold TWICE, they sent my gift out. I even said that if the delivery could not be stopped I would cancel the order and reorder in December. I called on the morning of the day they sent the gift out as I had received an email regarding delivery and spoke to customer services and was told that it was on hold. and then at 1.15pm the gift was delivered. I will not be ordering from this company again especially as they can not deal with a simple task! I was told by customer services that that if my friend was told of the situation, they were sure that they would understand...... its a Christmas gift that has been delivered in November”
