“They have been good at responding to me and deliveries are usually fairly rapid. On a couple of occasions I've been let down by their couriers, but overall very happy with the service from Beer Hawk.”

“Very fast system of getting products ordered to my front door and packed in a good fashion to not let bottles get broken. The protecting wood shavings are now slowly degenerating in my compost bin ! Good choice of beers that will have me happily imbibing until Christmas.”

“Product looks good on the website, but I haven't seen it yet... I got a text last Thursday saying it was being delivered that afternoon, it is now Tuesday afternoon and haven't heard any update since I spoke to them on Thursday afternoon. UK Mail asked me to call on Thursday, so I did, and they said the delivery man couldn't leave it at my office as I hadn't left the company name when making the booking. So I waited on Friday, still nothing. Phoned them this morning and they said they didn't have an update as their system showed it was being delivered yesterday... which it wasn't. Annoying as the delivery has completely let down what I thought was a relatively smooth process.”
