“Selection at beer merchants is great, delivery was also very fast and price reasonable against competitors however the 5l keg I ordered for an event arrived with 6 days before the best before date meaning I can't use it as planned! If there was any warning of this on the sales page (I don't think there was) I missed it, shame it'll likely put me off ordering again in near future”

“Disappointing. Second time in a row they sent me out of date beer. No apology, no compensation, didn’t even refund without re-collecting, so further inconveniencing. Would avoid as others offer better service.”

“First time I've ordered with you and over all I was happy, the bottles of beer were well packaged but I would have preferred the drinking glass to have been a little better protected. It hadn't smashed during delivery but as it was not wrapped in bubble wrap etc it was a little tricky to transport ........I had 11 items to unbox, wrap and place in bags to get it home. Other than this i would definatly reccomend.”
