“For the first time ever I found a supplier who could supply at long last the Flotsinger range. I love the Helles, the daughter loves the dunkel and the 1571 weiss is excellent. Will be restocking shortly. Happy days indeed”

“Great selection of beers and fast delivery. Had a minor issue with the wrong beer being put in but this was smoothly resolved upon bringing it to their attention. Will definitely be using again.”

“There was a packing error with my order, 1 can was mispacked, by another can from the same brewery. The original can I ordered was more expensive than the one I was given (but still paid for the more expensive one). When asked to receive the can I paid for, I was told I had to wait for them to arrange a pick up for the can I was sent, until they could ship out my original order. Frankly this has cost Beer Merchants more in delivery costs than it would have if they had sent the replacement. Although my delivery was on time, waiting for the correct can to come will mean overall my delivery will be late by over a week. I requested a refund on my delivery charge but I was flat out denied this. Very unhappy with the level of customer service, and will certainly not be using Beer Merchant’s in future.”

“Great company with a, frankly, lovely choice of beers. Can't fault it. Super quick, efficient and glass safe delivery too. So, why only 4 stars then? Simple, no glasses. Loads of companies show very nice beer glasses in their photos with appropriate branding. I think it would be the perfect compliment to an order of magnificent beers to send out one of your nice glasses with yhe order gratis. The branding on the glass, if looked after, is free advertising for years to come. Let me know what you think. Cheers, Paul”

“I am always so pleased to see the delivery notification within 24hrs of ordering my beer. Always on time, and service better than many others. I also like being able to choose by the bottle, rather than being nudged into buying a case, either too much of the same thing, or including beers I’m not interested in. Nice one Beer Merchants for giving freedom to your grateful customers.”

“Ordered before but recently ordered and packed quickly. Then the courier decided to lose the package - the BM staff (Ryan) sent out another parcel after some initial chasing to resolve the issue on my end and took it to the courier. Brilliant service and happily going to continue using BM moving forward.”
