“Ordered a mystery box (40 beers total) Asked via email if you could put my discount through as it didn't work and asked if you could avoid multiples if possible. Both messages ignored Beer fine (but not amazing)”

“Have used Beer Merchants several times, with only one problem in the past - a bottle missing. I usually find delivery prompt and the goods of a high standard. I was a bit disappointed with my last order, which disappeared in transit and finally arrived 7 days after it was expected, with a beer missing! Beer Merchants were prompt to reimburse me, but it has made me think twice about ordering again.”
