“Delivered quickly as usual. Bottles packed well for transport. The reason I'm not giving five stars is because of the way that the unavailable beer was handled (just a biro mark on the packing slip, and no comms until I chased up. They had refunded the requisite amount that they'd charged me for the bottles, though).”

“First time ordering. Expected the beer from such a retailer to be much fresher. Some of the (hoppy) beers were 6 months old and 2 even past their BB dates. Disappointing.”

“The first thing to say is that the beer was delivered very quickly and efficiently with good communication. You have an impressive range of rarer beers which makes getting the latest releases to the UK a fun task. My only gripe - and the only reason I haven't given a 5 - the online experience isn't as simple as it should be. I'd like to be able to filter beer by availability rather than seeing everything you've ever stocked. Secondly the ability to increase / decrease the number of items in a basket is slower than it should - especially if there is a timed window for how long something can sit in the basket. Overall I'd highly recommend for people wanting bulk orders and rarer beers”

“Ordered a sweatshirt but received the wrong item. Customer Service were really apologetic and sent out the correct one immediately, which i received next day. Cant fault their customer service at all. Good array of products, couldn't actually find mine elsewhere. Will most likely use again.”
