“there was one beer out of stock but they contacted me very quickly with alternative solution and then dispatched the order same day as my reply and refunded me for the out of stock beer. could not have asked for better service in this circumstance.”

“Excellent beers that I can't find elsewhere. Very prompt delivery, packaged securely. The item I ordered should have included cardboard carriers for the beers but they weren't inside the parcel. I telephoned and was assured it wouldn't happen again and they would be sent out straight away. I didn't receive them so had to phone again but the member of staff was most apologetic and sent them via a 'signed for' service and I received them the next day. I would definitely recommend Beer Merchants and will certainly order again. The only reason I didn't give a 'very good' rating was purely because of the cardboard carriers issue but I am sure that this was probably a one-off.”
