“Ordered 25 cans of Big Wave, and received bottles. Not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things but at first I assumed it might have been a stock issue, but I didn't receive an email about it, so maybe it was human error by the person who packed the order. It was well packed and all in good condition so thumbs up for that. Would definitely order again.”

“Good selection of beer from the UK & rest of the world. Was disappointed that one of my beers that was shown as 5 in stock, was gone (bottle was accidentally smashed) & only informed on receiving of my box. Had to chase my refund. Reasonable service but slightly disappointed”

“Wrong description of bottle amounts on site. Belgian mystery pack from 'craft breweries' was a quarter full of Leffe. Just feel that Beer Merchants feel they are doing you a favour rather than you being a customer.”
