“First time I've ordered with you and over all I was happy, the bottles of beer were well packaged but I would have preferred the drinking glass to have been a little better protected. It hadn't smashed during delivery but as it was not wrapped in bubble wrap etc it was a little tricky to transport ........I had 11 items to unbox, wrap and place in bags to get it home. Other than this i would definatly reccomend.”

“Truly awful service. It took me several phone calls and over three weeks to get my delivery. Was also overcharged. If I hadn’t chased them, I wouldn’t have got my refund or my beer.”

“The ordering and delivery were fine. No problems. I thought I would be getting it for a good price however. Walking into my local Sainsburys it was £2 a can as opposed to £2.61 from Beer merchants. I won't be ordering again if I can pick up cheaper from my local shop.”

“Shame that one of my ‘fuss’ beers wasn’t delivered. Spoke with CS and all was sorted with the can being replaced for some thing different as the one I choose first had sold out... I’m sure this isn’t a usual occurrence but still left a bitter taste...”
