“Great beer. Totally unnecessary amount of non recyclable packaging. Fed this back but nothing changed. Beer hawk have better packaging but not as good beer... but over all good!”

“Fast, friendly, quality overall. I could give half a minus point for the packaging - the cans on the side could move freely (not sure what bottles would do...) and the documentation wasn't enough for the customs. But minor hassle anyway.”

“The courier damaged the Belgian beer case I bought. Beer merchant replaced the beers that were missing and I had them within 36 hours. That's good customer service. I will almost certainly be buying my Christmas booze off beer merchant. Good job guys. James reed Newcastle upon Tyne”
