“This is the 1st time I've used Beer Merchants. Good selection of beers at good prices. Communication was great, confirmed delivery etc. Delivery was quick only taking a few days to arrive. The only slight issue I experienced was the box was badly damaged on arrival, but fortunately none of the contents were damaged in any way. Overall a really good experience with Beer Merchants, and I will definitely be using again real soon.”

“Your beer selection is excellent, i live overseas and the shipping is extremely fast so again no complaints. My one gripe is that if you are going to have star ratings then I would expect that they all should not be 4 stars. I would say either invest the time to give accurate opinion or link it to one of the ratebeer sites or something then people could even search for the top rated beers on your site. But its a minor gripe as I usually know what I want regards”

“Ordered some beer from Beavertown as they advertised fresh stock available online, to then received old stock from Beermerchants. Also placed an order one day to then see a new product would be available the next so asked if my order could be held so I could add to it. I was told no as they didn't know when the new stock would arrive. It then arrived as I expected in the online shop the next day. Wasn't impressed with the service at all, especially as I had placed a few order and been a loyal customer.”

“Appreciated how quick I received delivery, but the texts could be improved by giving an a.m. Or p.m. Slots, as all options didn't suit me that day and five backup friends were al unavailable! Got the goodies, looking forward to sharing them Saturday. Glad to have alcoholic ginger beer, which I know is the best around!”
