“The product was well packed and arrived in good order. Being glassware it was well packed and arrived on time. I will use the company again when i buy more glasses, and have recommended them to a friend who asked where I got the glasses from”

“At first some beers were missing (one was the most expensive!!), I must admit that they send them to me in a second parcel the day after I emailed explaining the problem but I live in Italy, this means 6 days waiting. It's not the first time, the same happened in another orther made together a friend of mine, always the most expensive and rare bottle of the order. Anyway, the worst is that most part of the beers are really close to the best before date and are beers based on hops freshness (ex. Buxton Moor Top bottled 02/16, Firestone Walker Double barrel Ale best before 11/16, Magic Rock Inhaler best before 12/16)”

Hello, can you let us know more about the Inhaler. As we only had one batch of that with a BBD of 28/02/17. Please email info@beermerchants.com so we can get intouch with the brewery to find out why we had 2 different dates. Also apologies for the errors on your orders.

“Well although the beers arrived quite fast and despite the fragile sign, the handlers havent paid enough attention. So i found a wrecked and wet case fortuned enough with only a beavertown smog porter can destroyed and and some other cans with some hits. I hope the beer in the cans and bottles will be fine.”

“Prompt delivery , very good range of products will use again and I have recommended to friends and relatives, If I was to nit pick one of my tins was slightly dented but I personally did not feel it was worth reporting. Overall a 10/10 experience”

“Prompt excellent service. Unfortunately, the item that I purchased was faulty after the first time of wearing. However, there was no quibble of hassle having the item replaced. Again the replacement item was replaced very promptly. Excellent service.”

“Very bad customer service - eventually got the beer I ordered after 3 phone calls and waiting 3 weeks! - won't use them again even though they apologised saying there systems were under review. Very disappointed ????”

“Very impressed with the beer choice and the delivery speed. Would be great if you had a "browse all beer" option on your website not just by brewery and style. Also maybe free delivery for over £50 spend”

“One of the items was missing from the first delivery, even though it was on the packing list. I called their customer services, spoke to a nice man who said he'd get the missing item out to me. Two days later, it arrived. Thank you. If all had have been in the first package I'd be marking very good.”

“Ordered 22 bottles of Augustiner and the service was great and the beer tasted great as well. If it wasn't for the fact I have to watch my weight and am constantly on a diet I'd have an order of various beers once a week”
