“Fast, friendly, quality overall. I could give half a minus point for the packaging - the cans on the side could move freely (not sure what bottles would do...) and the documentation wasn't enough for the customs. But minor hassle anyway.”

“The courier damaged the Belgian beer case I bought. Beer merchant replaced the beers that were missing and I had them within 36 hours. That's good customer service. I will almost certainly be buying my Christmas booze off beer merchant. Good job guys. James reed Newcastle upon Tyne”

“Although there was a problem with the package being broken during transit, this was not the companies fault, the problem was fixed immediately and I received a new delivery the day after it was reported broken. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend.”

“I wanted to collect beer from depot, no problem at all correctly filling out order and collection was easy and efficient. After a quick phone call the helpful friendly guy at the depot was walking out with my beer as I pulled up......super service, will be using you guys regularly from now!!”
