“Good selection on the website, and fast delivery with good packing.”

“The web site lets you put in special delivery instructions, which they print clearly on the box. However, Parcelforce ignore these unless they are informed of them at the time the delivery is booked. This is a failing of ParcelFarce, not BeerMerchants, but it's worth keeping in mind as I then had to drive to a post office to collect my delivery after they put a card through the door saying they couldn't deliver because I was out.”

“I was very pleased with both the speed of delivery and the quality of the item I had ordered - I won't mention what it was in case my other half reads this - as it's one of his Christmas presents !!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Elly Rockliffe.”

“Excellent service. Beer dispatched promptly and was well packaged. I was kept informed of the processing of the order and delivery. After order, I was informed a beer was not in stock and a refund or substitute was offered immediately. All beers and a glass received in good condition and with plenty of best before date on the bottles.”

“There are many sites offering comparable range and communication - but Beer Merchants pips them, for me. Where it really excels is the delivery. Fantastically quick delivery, perfectly packaged and handled. A faultless sales experience.”
