“Extremely disappointed that the black Friday discount was not applied to my order. I missed this input by mistake and email customer service within minutes of placing the order to advise. My email was completely ignored and the 'customer service' was thrown out the window. Advertising a discount to get you on the site, but then not wanting to actually apply it. I would have to reconsider ordering from Beer Merchants again in the future.”

“The delivery was very quick. I've used Beer Merchants before. I would usually give very good rating. Very disappointed I had bought the beers and a couple of days later there was 20% off. I emailed them but didn't receive a reply.”
