“It’s very useful to be able to buy my favourite beer as it isn’t available everywhere. They sent the beer out soon enough and, I think packed it as best as glass bottles can be. There’s always a risk with something spending a lot of miles in transit that one can leak and one did, and they refunded me for it. So that was good customer service.”

“I made an order late Thursday morning and my order was delivered the next afternoon!! I phoned Customer Services before I ordered as there was an item online that seemingly was in stock but you could not add to basket. They sorted it in few minutes and I completed my online order in no time. This was my first order but from my experience I will be using them again. They offer a wide range of beers and as a Belgium beer drinker I appreciate be able to get some of my favourite beers so quickly that can’t be bought on the high-street. The only slight reservation I had was that one of the packages was slightly opened. Nothing was damaged or missing and from my limited experience of their customer services I would think they would sort it out very efficiently and in a satisfactory way. Perhaps items are packed a little too quickly but this comes from wanting to provide such a speedy service. I guess the speed of delivery and their confidence in their own customer service outweighs the occasional breakage or missing items. From my only experience so far I would thoroughly recommend this company and wish them continued success!”

“Excellent and prompt delivery. Loved some of my beers. However 7 out of the 15 beers were 6 months out of date. I have notified the company by two means of communication but yet to hear anything back. Shame as without this blip it would have been a 5* review”
