“Ordered 18 bottles of beer from them, but only 10 delivered! When I go into my account is says order completed, so I emailed them to let them know I only had part delivery, but no response so far 😡”

“All good in terms of product and delivery however there was a communications issue with the delivery company. The parcel tracking link for Parcelforce produced a page that remained blank (save for Parcelforce logo) all the way through the process and still even after delivery. This caused me to think that the consignment had not yet been collected and would’ve late when in fact all was ok. When I accessed Parcelforce website without link and typed in the consignment number the delivery details appeared ok. So I am reporting a glitch with the link. (I use iPhone XR and Safari). All in all not a biggie though; I will use Beer Merchants again.”
