“My Christmas selection was missing 1 of the beers, I think that to send out a beer voucher for £5 for a missing beer is poor, when it means that I would have to place another order and incur more postage costs. Surely it would have been better to send another suitable replacement.”

“Twice I've ordered a 24x pack of Augustiner Helles, and twice it's gotten stuck in custom clearance. On the last shipment I even asked for custom details to be shipped with the package, but seems that didn't happen. Last time DHL tried to get in contact with you regarding getting the package cleared, but you never got back to them. And I'm guessing it's the same this time around. I've given it some time as I'm not in a hurry with the shipment to see if you guys would actually sort this out yourselves, but seems I have to do it again. A shame you are the only ones I've found that provide shipment to Norway with this particular beer as I would instantly purchase it from any other company. Hope you will take a look at your procedures regarding international shipment, because you are doing something wrong.”
