“After my order arrived I discovered that some of the cans were damaged and one of the beers I'd ordered was out of date. I emailed Beer Merchants concerning this as well as a couple of pictures I had taken of the out of date beer and they didn't even bother to get back to me. Definitely won't be using this company again. Bad.”

“One of the bottles in the pack leaked which meant my package was sent to the post office and not delivered as the box was soaked. The item was a gift so I retrieved it a day late. Over all was happy with products but disappointed with the postage and packaging service. The items weren’t secure at all. And out of 6 bottles I was let with only 5. Yet paid a lot more for them compared to over retails. Not sure I’ll be reusing the service - I’ve left email regarding the order as it’s so close to Christmas and I just don’t have the time. But I was advice by the post office to return the box and claim a refund.”

“The company is great, however Parcelforce seriously let them down and my delivery was late, delivered to the wrong place and had two beers stolen out of the box before I got it. But Beermerchants refunded me for the issue, so can't fault them at all.”
