“Haven’t actually had them yet—they’re for a party next week—but great to see that you stock my all-time favourite, Rothaus Tannenzäpfle, an example of something very simple done very well, that’s not easy to get hold of in the UK. It arrived quickly at a fair price (though I remember the days when I could get them for 1DM from a refrigerated vending machine, so there’s still room for improvement!)”

“My purchase of a Bruges Zot glass and beers was bought as a gift. It arrived on time and was adequately packaged. I would definately recommend Beer Merchants for craft beers in the future.”

“The order was shipped quickly, but I had problems with their delivery company (Parcelforce). I tried to contact Beer Merchants by phone, got put through to an answering machine. Also emailed them, but never heard back. Delivery turned up a day or two later, but Beer Merchant's customer service around the delivery problems could have been better.”

“Excellent customer service. I had a slight problem with some glasses I ordered, spoke to a gentleman in online orders. Sorted straight away, he dispatch replacement glasses which arrived the next day. Brilliant, first class service.”

“Had great service from Beer Merchants. There was a problem with delivery (not Beer Merchants fault - the package got damaged en route) but Beer Merchants sorted it really quickly. Oh, and the beer was great. Thanks.”
