“Completely satisfied with my beer purchases and the promptness of my order being delivered, but I was highly disappointed with the quality and suitability of the packaging. I only ordered 8 beers yet they arrived in a box made for 24?! The beers were not compactly or neatly packaged, with some falling out of their compartments, but more importantly than this, it's simply a huge waste of cardboard. Surely you have smaller boxes than this? I can send a photo of necessary.”

“I only buy strong abv beer I collect them you could put a letter in the box of up and coming strong beers that only come out at Christmas time or others Yule malek 15% rum beer and cognac beer”

“Delivery on time with Parceforce, but the box was mighty squashed and no other protection for the bottles, we were lucky none had broken. Perhaps better packaging would be good!”

“Communication could have been quicker as I ended up emailing about the same issue twice (they had a porter section but all the beer was out of stock). But the beer selection is very good and they look like they'll be excellent beers. We look forward to trying them in my husband's advent calendar!”

“My complaint is more with Parcelforce than BeerMerchant. They only gave me a couple hours advance notice of my two hour delivery window, and I couldn't change my plans at that point to be home. And they only tried once, didn't try the neighbours (who were home!) So I still don't have the beer because I don't have time and can't really carry them home from the post office. Overall a disappointment.”
