“Excellent service. I received an email to say that one of the beers I requested was out of stock and would I like to choose another, which was as straightforward as replying to the email. When the beer arrived I found that there were a few of the beers I initially ordered and the rest of the order was made up of the replacement beer. I really liked that I still got at least some of the originally ordered beer. Delivery was very quick too. I will definitely be ordering again.”

“Whilst delivery was quick - unfortunately when my order arrived one of the items was smashed due to inadequate packaging. I have been given a partial refund and a new item is apparently on its way to me. The customer service team handled that very quickly and efficiently but because of the initial problem I am only able to give an average rating.”

“First order, and was just past the last delivery time for guaranteed Christmas delivery. So I was very impressed to get my beers delivered before Christmas! A great range and very competitive pricing! I'll be ordering from them again!”

“I have been trying to find fruit beers after experiencing the taste in a recent trip to York. Beer Merchants had a great selection so treated myself for Christmas. The delivery time was brilliant and I will be re-ordering in the future.”

“I was looking for some beers. I planned to take them to a New Year's weekend away at a mates in the country. I ordered more of the beers that my Bloke likes and a few of the beers that I like because I don't drink as much as him - at all. They all arrived in the same box like I wanted them to. It meant that we didn't have to sort packaging for the long journey for our beers in the back of the car. The giveaway was that it said Beer Merchants on the side of the box so the neighbours thought I was a lush, and it was not a surprise for my Bloke as he took delivery but hey. It's not the fault of Beer Merchants that our mates' flat down the road caught on fire on Christmas day which meant that we had unexpected overnight guests in shock and we all know that Blokes like beer for shock once they've had the mandatory sweet tea, because we're British and that's what we do in a crisis. So the crate with Beer Merchants on the side was opened before our New Year's weekend away trip with a ready packed supply of a variety of favourite beers from our local London micro-breweries that I had ordered on a whim and whilst I am very pleased with my purchase and the service, I am much less pleased with my Bloke as he promised to re-order and replenish the stores!”

“This was a gift and I was concern that it was not going to arrive before xmas but was amazed how quick from placing my order it arrived on my doorstep, really well packaged nothing broken. The person who the gift was for enjoyed the beer as he has not seen this in the shops around here so was very pleased to find he could order it online. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.”
