“Unfortunately beers was delivered to house instead of post office as requested, and branding on box ruined Xmas surprise.”

“I've used Beer merchants lots of times and never really had any issues, they did mix up 1 order once but very quickly rectified the problem, and I got some free beers so I call that a win. I would and have recommend them to friends.”

“Pleased with the product, arrived in good time, the 2 glasses arrived in 1 piece which was quite an achievement considering that they were not packaged very securely and were able to move around in the very large box with only a "fragile" sticker protecting them from being broken in transit! The poor packaging is my only negative comment, should consider making it more secure and using boxes that are appropriate for the goods,”

“First time I have ordered from Beer Merchants and I am very impressed. The website is easy to navigate and they had exactly what I wanted and all very clearly explained. Ordering was easy and efficient and the beer was delivered within two days in a very sturdy box. The beer bottles looked impressive on opening and all perfect. I will definitely be ordering more.”
