“Superb service and quality beers. Definately five stars. Only comment would be no e mail of confirmation until tracking came into play. However very small issue and does not take away from excellent service and products. I have already recommended to friends.”

“I tried to cancel my order within the designated timescales (Having lost my job last week) and by using their online form. The first attempt was ignored and the second the response was “sorry but it’s too late and the order had already shipped”. No complaints with the product but thought they could have responded more promptly.”

“With great 20% discount website v. busy & therefore v. slow. Only real quibble is that I could only search on beer style, country or brewery. I'd have preferred to scroll through all available beers. [I didn't notice an 'in stock' option so you don't waste time looking at beers that are unavailable.”
