“My only real complaint is that a number of the beers I ordered turned out, in fact, to be out of stock. I wasn't aware of this until my delivery arrived. This could have been communicated better (well, at all), or the option to substitute those beers could have been made available. On the plus side, the cost of these beers was refunded immediately and without me having to chase, so credit for that.”

“A superb online retailer. I've ordered from many online beer retailers (Beer Hawk; Master of Malt etc.), Beer Merchants is superior to all of them. All the beer I wanted was in stock and at a good price. The delivery was super speedy AND there was 20% off....Amazing. I will never use any other beer retailer ever again! Thanks Beer Merchants!”
