“The website could do with some improvements. There should be a process for collection as when I did so I had no idea where to go and the 2nd time I was in the staff member who happened to be around didn't know what to do.”

“I ordered a case of beer and not all of it turned up. I called customer services who were very helpful and refunded immediately as said beers wouldn’t be back in stock until after the new year. Your website’s stock clearly isn’t updated in real time as orders are placed else this wouldn’t have happened. Get in touch if you’d like to discuss upgrading your WMS/ECOM platform!”

“Damaged and dirty products, poor response from customer support. Substituted a Rye IPA for a porter just because the artwork was similar. Found the same beer for less on the highstreet!!”

“Used Beer Merchants a handful of times now. Never for myself, always as gifts for friends and family. They have a wide selection of fruit beers to choose from and placing an order is always easy. Delivery has always been within one or two days of my order being placed which is also a bonus. My only complaint is that I usually end up buying the same selection of beers every time. It always seems to be that any new fruit beers on their website are out of stock but having said that the vast majority of beers I end up buying are excellent.”

“Whilst the pricing was excellent the box-choice was poor. A big over-sized box for four bottles of Stille Nacht which promptly fell on their sides and was not at all secure. This is really poor performance. I have a distribution and a shipping background and would never send a package like this out.”

“I ordered a mixed case plus two other bottles. One of the other bottles was boxed and because of the way it was packaged with the case the box was damaged (disappointing as this is a Christmas gift). I contacted the company via the form on the website but have not heard anything.”
