“I've used BM for several years - good for Belgian beers, though I find the website a bit confusing, too much stuff - my last order was also a bit confusing as it was sent in 2 boxes, which I didn't know - and when only 1/2 my order arrived I was a bit concerned, especially as it was marked box 1 of 2. If you could inform the customer that 2 boxes are being sent, not necessarily to arrive together, it would be a great help -”

“I have still not recieved my package. Parcel force is a terrible delivery company who have ignored my instructions and misinformed me multiple times, leading to botched deliveries and them returning the package to you despite me arranging a redelovery. I strongly advise you to switch to a different delivery company”

“Pros - For me, best selection of beers. Best website with useful catagories including new arrivals. Cons - quite a lot out of stock. Longer to arrive with no progress messages. Had one hour warning.”

“The cards arrived in good time but considering the amount paid for postage and packaging the packaging was just a plastic bag and consequently the box was damaged. Bit disappointing as they were a gift and they looked like they had been battered around.”
