“I ordered a 24 mystery pack as part of black Friday so I'd assume I'd get some stouts considering the time of year it is but I didn't get any. Plus, I received 3 Paulaners and 6 Konas which are good beers but I can get pretty much anywhere. I feel like if I'm buying from an online expert I'd have expected to receive more less accessible beers. I'm not sure if I'd shop with you again. I feel like I've wasted money. I could have got pretty much the same at Tesco”

“Once again a very prompt service with the exact delivery which I ordered with me within 3 days. Unfortunately a free glass was broken but the boxes had been thrown around by the delivery company.”

“One item wasn't in stock - although the website allowed me to order. This should not have happened. However, some websites would have 'replaced' the item with 'something like the original item'. I was pleased that this didn't happen here.”

“The box was ok, but disappointing because of the many duplicates of beers I’m not keen on, while I appreciate that you aren’t to know what I like and it was cheap I do think more effort could have been made regarding variety.”

“Great selection of products but would have thought the goods would have been a bit better packaged, nothing arrived damaged which was good but they didnt seem very secure. I'd certainly buy from them again though :)”

“Excellent service. Only disappointment was that a number of the beers I was interested in were out of stock but maybe I was just unlucky. Still happy with my selection tho, good price and arrived promptly. Reasonable 'sell by' dates on them all too.”

“I bought some loose beers and a ‘Craft Beer Lover Christmas Case’. Calling it a case is misleading as all beers arrived in the same box meaning I need to source a smaller box for the ‘case of beers’ as this will be a Christmas gift. A bit disappointing really”
