“No problems with delivery came on date expected.”

“Pleased with the product, arrived in good time, the 2 glasses arrived in 1 piece which was quite an achievement considering that they were not packaged very securely and were able to move around in the very large box with only a "fragile" sticker protecting them from being broken in transit! The poor packaging is my only negative comment, should consider making it more secure and using boxes that are appropriate for the goods,”

“First time I have ordered from Beer Merchants and I am very impressed. The website is easy to navigate and they had exactly what I wanted and all very clearly explained. Ordering was easy and efficient and the beer was delivered within two days in a very sturdy box. The beer bottles looked impressive on opening and all perfect. I will definitely be ordering more.”

“Ordered a selection of Belgian beer for Xmas. Arrived quickly and was as expected. Only slight issue was with communication from the delivery company. Just a delivery day advised, then a text message giving an hour slot but only sent one hour before the slot and then they were late and missed their slot.”

“The delivery arrived in good time but was missing a bottle. It was delivered the next day. One bottle in a case, what a waste of packaging, it would also have been a nice touch to include an extra bottle to at least recognize the inconvenience to me in having to make sure I was at home to take receipt”
