“Web site very poor, said beer was in stock when it wasn't. Poor communications because email address had been incorrectly forwarded to despatch department. However after I phoned them to try to sort things out they were very helpful in the office and also very fair in recognising problems.”

“Over years I regularly ordered the Beer Merchant’s “Christmas Belgian Beer Lovers Case” hence it would be fair to say that I find this at least to be of reasonable quality & value for money. Well, I find this case good on both accounts. Some substitutions occasionally occur without loss of quality. With eighteen different beers, there are bound to be certain brews that I’m not too keen on, I fully accept that but the inclusion of the chemical enhanced/tasting Fr?li & the dreadful Blanche de Bruxelles are mistakes of the highest order, one suggestion is to replace these with a decent Boon bier. This year the case came with a Brugse Zot challis & the associated blond bier.”

“Ordered 12 bottles of American Beer for my husband for Christmas and a matching beer glass which is hard to find in the UK. The Parcel arrived quickly but unfortunately the wrong glass was sent. The lovely lady at Beer Merchants organised a replacement glass which arrived safe and sound so I am very happy with the outcome and can't praise them highly enough for their customer service. Good prices, wide choice and great customer service - what's not to like! Thanks.”

“Great selection of Belgian and other Christmas ales at very reasonable prices. Fast delivery with no problems - extremely pleased. Highly recommended seller. Just hope this doesn't mean you'll all be rushing to buy their beers next year and there's none left for me !!”

“Ordered a case as a gift for a friend's recent house purchase, the case arrived but it was missing one item! I phoned up and a replacement item was sent out but no further compensation offered. Overall I am happy with the service but to really shine and win me over some sort of discount on a future order would have been great (I just ordered another case for a friend).”

“Good place to find that good beer that's different from the beers in the big stores, great selection of craft beers from all over the world. Fast and very quick service highly recommended if you've not given them a try yet, pick some beers out and try them get away from the run of the mill beer.”

“When my order arrived, I had an item missing from the box. This was very disappointing as it was for a gift. However, when I sent an email about this I was given options to solve the issue and this was done quickly.”
