“Sent me the wrong beer, then told me I was wrong when I got in touch with customer service. Only offered a refund after I explained they were liable. Will not be using them again and won't be recommending.”

“Excellent service and a good price for 12 bottles of Paulaner Dunkel. Beautiful beer to sip and relish and brings back memories of a great visit to Munich last September. Highly recommended. Both the beer and the service provided by Beer Merchants”

“Ordered my Delirium beer and glass from them recently - very pleased with my purchase. With the discount applied I actually ended up almost getting the glass for nothing compared to Tesco price for this beer.”

“Good range of beers and not bad prices -would like to see more offers on mixed cases or the ability to get a discount if you buy a certain number of single cans/bottles. Recommend Solvay Society beers if you like something crafty with a Belgian twist.”
