“Awful online system means you cannot correct a delivery address if you make a mistake. I had to email them to rectify instead, which was then ignored until the item had been dispatched. Item was therefore delivered to the wrong address and the courier faked my signature. I highlighted this to the support team, but a week later I have had no resolution and I am left chasing them - shocking service. Totally dissatisfied, frustrated and very thirsty!”

“Ordered 6 bottles of Paulaner beer and paid an extra £12 for a Saturday delivery because Monday to Friday I work away from home. Two days after I placed my order I received a text message from Royal Mail saying they had attempted to deliver my order and this was on a Tuesday. The person I spoke to at Beer Merchants about this was very helpful and I received my order on the following Saturday. This has been the first time I have used Beer Merchants and I would have given you 5 stars if it wasn’t for the delivery date mix up.”

“sent me 24 cans of beer ,only two days left to best before date,i contacted them,explaining this beer is best fresh,it even said so on the can,just brushed me off,very poor service,wont use again or recommend”

“It’s very useful to be able to buy my favourite beer as it isn’t available everywhere. They sent the beer out soon enough and, I think packed it as best as glass bottles can be. There’s always a risk with something spending a lot of miles in transit that one can leak and one did, and they refunded me for it. So that was good customer service.”
