“A great selection of beers and very good service given the current difficulties. We had some beers missing from one delivery, but an exchange of e-mails rapidly resolved that. Not so impressed with ParcelForce deliveries. While Beer Merchants works well, the ParcelForce website tracking is very misleading, claiming, on one occasion, that we had requested a change of delivery date/time when we hadn't and ParcelForce had failed to hit the timings tracking was predicting.”
