“Orders are always delivered quickly and well packaged. When I want to try new beers, or just get something a bit more fun than what the normal supermarket offers this is a good place to start.”

“Interesting selection and good service, somewhat let down by issues with delivery partner. It took 2 weeks for the order to arrive. They did put in plenty of effort to assist with the delivery people, which was much appreciated. Many thanks.”

“Wrong order , emailed them no response and then again , said they would refund me on the can but still haven't . It's know wonder I hardly use them anymore”

“My first time dealing with Beer Merchants, and they we're very good and professional, can't remember if my package arrived the next day or day after, but it was a speedy delivery, and I was kept informed as to what time of day it would arrive . The beers and glass were well packaged. Will definitely use again.”

“Part of my order was changed due to stock shortage. Substituted items were of a lesser value and after subsequent query I was given a gift card in compensation which effectively covered the difference + a little extra for my trouble. Very swift service but the packaging and protection was inadequate for my particular consignment in my opinion, or at least for the carrier. The cardboard box was partially open on arrival and had suffered breakages within. Replacement items were promptly sent to me though.”
