“The beer list was easy to navigate and I was delighted by the mixed beer case! Had some beers I've had before and some beers I haven't, so a very nice variety all round! 10/10 would drink again.”

“The rating would be 5/5 but there was a beer missing from my order. Also there was a random amount refunded to my c-card that wasn't the amount of the missing beer and there was no correspondence to explain why. I fully appreciate that these are very hard times so it will not stop me using Beer Merchants in the future.”

“Love the beer! But the website is very poor I understand the current high demand but I’ve ordered at other times and still disappointing, and delivery is to slow and often beer is left at warehouses over the weekend, other than that I’m happy.”

“Placed an order for over £100 2 weeks ago due to an unbelievable series of actions and miscummunications from both beer merchants and there courier pacelforce I today receive half of my delivery with the other half to be delivered "within 48 hours" after talking with a manager the closest he can manage to a resolution is a £10 voucher and his apologies so now I will be waking up at 8am again for the next 2 days just in case my delivery shows up.”

“Good choice of beers on offer, I went for the German Beers. Definitely a good choice. Each beer tasted great, the smoked beer being both amazing and strange at once! Glass was also great and each beer was enjoyed in it. Good delivery time and friendly service. Will be ordering again very soon.”

“Paid for and ordered 12 beers. Only received 8. Customer services refunded difference. Would have preferred to know when ordering there weren’t 12 available to I didn’t over pay and effectively lose the discount.”
